Author Guidelines
1. File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format only. PDF format will not be accepted.
2. Page Limit: The manuscript should be between 5 to 15 pages in length.
3. Font Style & Size:
-
For English Manuscripts: Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 Line Spacing.

For Tamil Manuscripts: Unicode fonts (e.g., Latha, Arial Unicode MS) must be used. Size 11, 1.5 Line Spacing.
4. References: The references provided at the end of the manuscript must follow either the APA (American Psychological Association) or IEEE citation style.
5. Originality & Plagiarism:

Submitted manuscripts must be entirely original work of the author(s).

The plagiarism/similarity index of the manuscript must strictly be within a maximum of 15% (to 20%). Manuscripts exceeding this limit will be rejected.
6. Review Process:
-
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a 'Double-Blind Peer Review' process by our Editorial Board.

The decision on the manuscript's acceptance or rejection will be communicated via email within 3 to 5 working days.
7. Submission & Packages:
-
Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the 'Submit Article' (Google Form) link available on our website. Submissions sent via email will not be accepted.

Once the manuscript is selected for publication, authors must choose one of the packages (Basic, Premium, or Ultimate) listed on our website, based on their requirements, and pay the corresponding Article Processing Charge (APC).
8. Plagiarism Report:
-
Authors must mandatorily attach an official plagiarism check report (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate, DrillBit, or any reliable software results) along with their manuscript.
9. Copyright & Declaration:
-
In the article submission Google Form, it is mandatory to tick the Declaration Checkbox confirming: "This is my original work and has not been published elsewhere."

Furthermore, for copyright and legal protection, authors must keep their Digital Signature ready to be uploaded as an image file (Image/PNG/JPG).
ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்
1.கட்டுரையின் வடிவம் (File Format): கட்டுரைகள் MS Word (.doc அல்லது .docx) வடிவத்தில் மட்டுமே சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். PDF வடிவம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது.
2.பக்க அளவு (Page Limit): கட்டுரை 5 முதல் 15 பக்கங்களுக்குள் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
3.எழுத்துரு மற்றும் அளவு (Font Style & Size):

ஆங்கிலக் கட்டுரைகளுக்கு: Times New Roman, அளவு 12, வரி இடைவெளி (Line Spacing) 1.5.

தமிழ்க் கட்டுரைகளுக்கு: யூனிகோட் (Unicode - Latha, Arial Unicode MS) எழுத்துரு பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
4.ஆதாரங்கள் (References): கட்டுரையின் இறுதியில் கொடுக்கப்படும் ஆதாரங்கள் APA (American Psychological Association) அல்லது IEEE முறையில் அமைந்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
5.உண்மைத்தன்மை மற்றும் பிளாகியரிசம் (Originality & Plagiarism):

சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் கட்டுரைகள் முழுமையாக ஆசிரியரின் சொந்தப் படைப்பாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

அதிகபட்சம் 15% (அல்லது 20%)-க்குள் மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டும். அதற்கு மேல் இருந்தால் கட்டுரை நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.(Plagiarism / Similarity Index)கட்டுரையின் காப்புரிமை மீறல் அளவு
6. மதிப்பீட்டு முறை (Review Process):
-
சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் அனைத்துக் கட்டுரைகளும் 'Double-Blind Peer Review' முறைப்படி எங்கள் ஆசிரியர் குழுவால் (Editorial Board) மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படும்.

கட்டுரை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டதா அல்லது நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டதா என்ற முடிவு 3 முதல் 5 வேலை நாட்களுக்குள் (Working Days) மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.
7. சமர்ப்பிக்கும் முறை மற்றும் பேக்கேஜ்கள் (Submission & Packages):

கட்டுரைகளை இணையதளத்தில் உள்ள 'Submit Article' (கூகுள் ஃபார்ம்) லிங்க் மூலம் மட்டுமே சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். மின்னஞ்சல் வழியாக அனுப்பப்படும் கட்டுரைகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது.

கட்டுரை வெளியீட்டிற்குத் தேர்வான பிறகு, ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்களின் தேவைக்கேற்ப எங்கள் இணையதளத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள Basic, Premium அல்லது Ultimate பேக்கேஜ்களில் ஒன்றைத் தேர்வு செய்து வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணத்தைச் (Article Processing Charge) செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
8. பிளாகியரிசம் ரிப்போர்ட் (Plagiarism Report):

ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்கள் கட்டுரையுடன், பிளாகியரிசம் செக் செய்யப்பட்ட அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ரிப்போர்ட்டையும் (எ.கா: Turnitin, iThenticate, DrillBit அல்லது ஏதேனும் நம்பகமான மென்பொருள் முடிவுகள்) தவறாமல் இணைக்க வேண்டும்.
9. காப்புரிமை உறுதிமொழி மற்றும் கையொப்பம் (Copyright & Declaration):

கட்டுரையைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் கூகுள் ஃபார்மில், "இது என்னுடைய சொந்தப் படைப்பு, வேறு எங்கும் பிரசுரிக்கப்படவில்லை" என்பதற்கான உறுதிமொழிப் பெட்டியை (Declaration Checkbox) டிக் செய்வது கட்டாயமாகும்.

மேலும், பதிப்புரிமை மற்றும் சட்டப்பூர்வப் பாதுகாப்பிற்காக ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்களின் டிஜிட்டல் கையொப்பத்தை (Digital Signature) புகைப்படமாகப் (Image/PNG/JPG) பதிவேற்றம் செய்யத் தயாராக வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
