Retraction Without Prior Notice: If plagiarism, copyright infringement, or any serious ethical violation is discovered after the article has been published, MIJMR and MIN E KAVI reserve the absolute right to retract or permanently remove the article from our website, Google Play Books, and all other indexed databases immediately, without any prior notice to the author.

2. No Refund Policy: In the event of an article retraction due to plagiarism, ethical violations, or copyright claims, the Article Processing Charge (APC) paid by the author will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Legal Responsibility: The author(s) will bear full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright claims, lawsuits, or disputes arising from their published work. MIN E KAVI (Publisher), MIJMR, its Editor-in-Chief, and the Editorial Board will not be held liable for any such violations committed by the authors.

4. Blacklisting: Authors found guilty of severe plagiarism may be permanently blacklisted from submitting future manuscripts to MIJMR and all other publications under MIN E KAVI.
